Fahim Shahriar is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Irvine. His research interests include neuromorphic computing using emerging non-volatile memories, particularly charge trap transistors (CTTs), as well as hardware security, with a focus on physically unclonable functions (PUFs) and obfuscation.
